What to Expect from Your Visit

A pre-visit discovery call to explore your priorities and identify focus areas
A full day (5 hours) in-setting visit, combining observation, coaching and reflection with staff at all levels
A personalised action plan or detailed report, highlighting strengths, priorities and clear next steps
Review of environments, curriculum and pedagogy with practical recommendations
Support on quality interactions, planning, assessment and staff development
Specialist guidance on areas such as behaviour, sensory processing, special educational needs, schematic play, strong foundations and age specific provision
A full Planning–Observation–Assessment system, tailored to your context
Practical, achievable ideas that can be implemented straight away
Follow-up coaching by Teams to check progress and sustain impact

Strong early years practice develops through consistent guidance, thoughtful reflection and ongoing coaching. Our Sustained Support Packages provide regular, focused visits that build momentum, strengthen confidence and create meaningful, lasting impact for children.

Coaching and modelling alongside staff, strengthening quality interactions and professional confidence
Review of planning and support to embed your curriculum in a way that suits your setting
Observation of children, with feedback on assessment and responsive next steps
Dedicated leadership reflection time to support strategic decision-making

Follow-up Teams coaching to maintain progress between visits

Package Options

3-visits per year package – from £500 per visit (£1,500 total, payable monthly + travel)
6-visits per year package – from £450 per visit (£2,700 total, payable monthly + travel)

Each package includes everything offered within a one-off consultancy visit, at a reduced rate, with the added benefit of sustained, structured support over time. Availability is limited - we work with a small number of settings on an ongoing basis to ensure each partnership receives dedicated attention and carefully tailored guidance.
