What to Expect from Your Visit

A pre-visit discovery call to explore your priorities and identify focus areas
A full day (5 hours) in-setting visit, combining observation, coaching and reflection with staff at all levels
A personalised action plan or detailed report, highlighting strengths, priorities and clear next steps
Review of environments, curriculum and pedagogy with practical recommendations
Support on quality interactions, planning, assessment and staff development
Specialist guidance on areas such as behaviour, sensory processing, schematic play and provision for 2-year-olds
My full Planning–Observation–Assessment system, tailored to your context

Follow-up coaching by Zoom to check progress and sustain impact

Package Options

6-month package – from £500 per visit (£3,000 total, payable monthly + travel)
12-month package – from £450 per visit (£5,400 total, payable monthly + travel)

Each package includes everything offered within a one-off consultancy visit, at a reduced rate, with the added benefit of sustained, structured support over time. Availability is limited - we work with a small number of settings on an ongoing basis to ensure each partnership receives dedicated attention and carefully tailored guidance.

Play Packs

Our monthly packs are filled with meaningful, developmentally appropriate ideas for children aged 0–4, rooted in connection, curiosity and joyful learning. Each pack offers practical, flexible EYFS experiences, from sensory and process art to loose parts play, rhymes, recipes and real-world links — supporting confident practice without overwhelm or unnecessary paperwork.
