Our founder, Natalie, is a qualified teacher holding an NPQH qualification, with over 15 years of leadership experience across schools. Having worked as a classroom teacher, SENCo, EYFS Lead, English and Phonics Lead, Deputy Head, Assistant Head and Headteacher, she brings deep, first-hand understanding of what high-quality provision looks like in practice.

We partner with nurseries and schools across the UK to deliver consultative training that translates current research into realistic, practical strategies staff can apply immediately.
