Our founder, Natalie, is a qualified teacher with over X years of experience working in schools as a class teacher, SENCO and EYFS unit lead. She maintains a strong understanding of what high-quality provision looks like in practice. We work in partnership with schools across the UK to provide consultative training, combining current research with practical, realistic strategies that staff can implement immediately.
Sessions are engaging, interactive and designed to build confidence and inspiration — always keeping children’s wellbeing and learning at the centre.
We offer a wide range of EYFS training tailored specifically to school settings, including:
In addition to EYFS training, we deliver whole-school training that reframes behaviour through the lens of child development and wellbeing. These sessions explore:
When teachers and practitioners prioritise connection and nurture a child’s self-esteem, independence and confidence, the impact on behaviour and learning is significant. In recent years, increasing emphasis on academic attainment has sometimes meant that relationships and play have not received the attention they deserve.
This training supports staff to rebalance their practice, placing children firmly back at the heart of their work. When children feel secure, valued and understood, classrooms become calmer, learning becomes more meaningful and teachers feel more fulfilled in their role.
Alongside training, we offer bespoke consultancy visits in schools. These sessions focus on:
Visits combine observation, coaching and practical recommendations, leaving schools with clear next steps that feel achievable and impactful. Strong relationships are the foundation of effective teaching. With increasing pressure around attainment, it can be easy for connection and play to slip down the priority list — yet these are the very elements that allow children to thrive. This course invites you to reflect, reset and refocus on what truly matters.
This engaging two-hour session is hands-on, thought-provoking and filled with strategies that translate seamlessly into everyday practice. You’ll leave feeling re-energised, equipped with practical approaches you can use straight away, and confident in creating an environment where both children and adults feel motivated and supported.
"Natalie’s support has had an immediate and lasting impact on our Early Years provision. Her training was practical, inspiring and gave our team the confidence to strengthen both relationships and curriculum. We’ve seen a clear difference in staff confidence and children’s engagement."
As former Early Years Ofsted Inspectors, we understand the inspection process from both sides. We know what inspectors are looking for — and we recognise how overwhelming it can feel when you’re balancing paperwork, practice and leading a team.
Our role is to bring clarity, reassurance and practical guidance so you feel confident and prepared at every stage.
Designed to help you feel organised, informed and ready.
Together, we strengthen what is already working well and identify meaningful next steps.
Realistic, calm and constructive.
Our mock inspections build confidence, deepen curriculum understanding and ensure your team feels prepared.
If your inspection didn’t go as hoped, we help you move forward with clarity and purpose.
Our approach focuses on sustainable improvement while staying true to your values and vision — so your setting can continue to grow, achieve and bloom.
