We are passionate about high-quality early years education, driven by the belief that children flourish when they feel safe, understood, and genuinely valued.

With over 15 years of leadership and teaching experience across schools, private nurseries, and specialist SEMH provision (ages 5–17)—including roles as Early Years Teacher, Deputy Head, SEMH Headteacher, and University Associate Tutor—our team brings deep sector expertise to every partnership. We focus on building strong, evidence-informed foundations that foster confidence, curiosity, and independence in young learners.

Today, we partner with schools, nurseries, and childminders across the UK. Whether navigating complex challenges or driving quality improvements, we help you create nurturing environments where both children and practitioners truly bloom.

Our Method

We deliver flexible, hands-on support tailored to the specific needs and rhythm of your setting. Our collaborative delivery includes:

On-Site Setting Visits: Direct, face-to-face visits to observe environments, audit practice, model effective SEN strategies, and conduct sensory or behavioural environment reviews.
Dedicated SEN Paperwork Allocation: "Buy-in" specialist hours to alleviate staff burnout. We draft, review, and complete EHCP applications, targeted SEN support plans, provision maps, SENIF funding applications and individual transition frameworks.
Monthly CPD & Statutory Updates: Regular blended learning—available both online and face-to-face—covering essential pedagogical practice, SEN interventions, and key DfE & EEF updates.
Curriculum & Planning Support: Bespoke mentoring to design inclusive lesson frameworks, establish purposeful daily routines, and implement clear progression mapping.

How do we know which service is right for our setting?

Every setting is unique, which is why we begin with a conversation. During an initial consultation, we explore your priorities, challenges and long-term goals before recommending the most suitable support — whether that’s a one-off training session, consultancy visit or a sustained support package.

Is your training practical as well as research-informed?

Yes - our training combines current research and sector expectations with realistic, hands-on strategies that can be implemented immediately. Sessions are interactive, engaging and designed to leave staff feeling confident, clear and equipped with practical next steps.

Can support be tailored specifically to our school or nursery?

Absolutely. All consultancy, coaching and training can be adapted to reflect your context, curriculum and team needs. We work in partnership with you to ensure the support feels relevant, purposeful and aligned with your setting’s vision.

Will we receive certificates of completion to evidece CPD?

Absolutely. All participants of completed course attendance will receive a certificate.
